Out of a number of websites that include Snowdonia, these are my favourites:
v-g Backpacking in Britain About backpacking mainly in mountainous and remote regions of England and Wales. Includes descriptions, outline maps and first class photos of routes, over 40 of which are in north and mid Wales.
Walking Britain Excellent free site containing hundreds of walks that include over sixty in Snowdonia, each with route description, outline map and good photos.
Walk Eryri Contains all manner of stuff specifically about Snowdonia. Describes itself as a website about walking and hillwalking, but the site owner camps wild too.
Graham's Wales Photos A picture site, with over seventy sets of mouth-watering photos of Wales.
Mountainhiking.org Anthony Dyer's Mountain Pages contain a section headed Wales and The Lake District that includess some interesting information plus some excellent photos.
Rambling Pete's Journal A hill walker's site with entertaining text and super photos. Currently includes logs of five walks in Snowdonia.
WalkingForum.co.uk A lively walking and hiking forum, and it has a section on Wales too.
Penmorfa.com Fifteen websites in one, mostly about North Wales' old mines, railways etc, and includes some evocative scenic photos.
Met Office Mountain Area Forecasts Includes weather forecast for Snowdonia National Park.
Mountain Weather Information Service Detailed forecasts produced 3 times a week for all the UK's mountain areas including Snowdonia.
